About Me

I am a husband, dad, and grandfather. I am a former campus minister and professor of Religion at several Universities in Texas. 

I have a Masters of Divinity degree from Southwest Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Reformed Theological Seminary.

I have a passion for missions and have been involved in mobilizing 1,000's of students to share the gospel at Spring Break during an event called Beach Reach.

I have been an interim pastors in more than 20 churches in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

I have a heart and passion for global missions and have mobilized and lead student teams to China, India, Indonesia, Africa, Mexico, Spain, Turkey, England and Brazil.

In this season of my life I am challenged to pray with David Psalms 71:17-18

O God, from my youth you have taught me, and I still proclaim your wondrous deeds.  So even to old age and gray hairs, O God, do not forsake me, until I proclaim your might to another generation, your power to all those to come.
